Beef and lamb from cows and sheep raised without antibiotics, on pasture grass that is fertilizer and chemical-free. Our beef comes from Angus and Hereford cattle, two of the best British breeds. Their diet consist of mother's milk, fresh pasture grass and stored hay cut from our highly nutritious pastures on San Juan Island, Washington.
Our health-conscious clients order their beef and lamb early in the life of our animals, guaranteeing a continual flow of safe food for their families. In addition, our clients can designate how they want our USDA-supervised processor to package their food.
